Documentation states:
"Supervisor Assist and Emergency Assist for Existing Call (Unified Intelligence Center)
Agents can activate supervisor assist or emergency assist buttons on their desktop when they need special assistance from the primary or secondary supervisor assigned to their team."

There is no such button on the Finesse desktop, and it would require custom development to implement such a button.  (This whole section belongs in a different guide and needs to be updated.)
