Cisco Bug: CSCvu54475 - OSPF: Extended Prefix LSAs are not originated on GR-Abort.

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Extended Prefix LSAs are not originated on GR-Abort. This issue is seen only when Graceful Restart fails due to some condition. The process restarts and tries to come up gracefully. But GR fails due to some topology change. In the defect scenario, it was simulated by restarting the neighbor which is a GR-helper, while GR is going on on the DUT. It is observed that Extended Prefix LSAs (EPLs) are not originated in this scenario. Conditions: 1. NSF (GR) is enabled on the DUT 2. Neighbors are helper-enabled 3. GR should fail. In the defect scenario, GR is made to fail by restarting the helpers immediately after process restart on the DUT, so that DUT receives a 1-way hello after GR started. This forces the GR to abort. Check for EPLs once the adjacency come back up.
