Description (partial)

Symptom:
Repeated SNMP polling timeouts due to buffer exhausion.

The command "show snmp trace lib snmpipc process snmpd" shows below traces which indicates buffer exhausion.

   May 13 01:30:14.342 snmp/lib/snmpipc/0x3ea/err 0/RP0/CPU0 628351# t2877 _get_buffer_from_pool: max count reached. count:60  <=== Max buffers available is 60.

Conditions:
Multiple conditions can result in SNMP polling timeout.

But this specific issue is caused by application doing getmany with large number of OID's which will result in single request with number of OID's.

The below output shows application is performing get many with 79 OID's.

   Enable  "debug snmp request"

   RP/0/RP0/CPU0:May 19 10:02:01.176 MSK: snmpd[1002]: t21021 snmp_oidreq_process_get_req_async: Get: client_id:0x0 noids:79  <===== 79 OID's polled in single request
