Cisco Bug: CSCvu53260 - DELETE SG API is not working in Operations Hub

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When an SG is deleted in Operations Hub, the SG is deleted from CNBR but is not deleted from Operations Hub. As a result, the SG will be still visible in various dashboards and configuration screens in Opshub. SG related statistics (like SG traffic statistics and others) in the dashboard will age out after 48 hours of delete and will no longer be visible. SG related configuration details will remain in Operations Hub. This will be addressed in a future release. Conditions: This issue can be seen irrespective of the environments.
