Description (partial)

Symptom:
Modular platforms which use separate route-processors and linecards, which are compatible with Cisco DNA Center for SWIM today, do not presently have the option to perform low level system upgrades such as ROMMON upgrades or FPD upgrade flows from the Cisco DNA Center GUI.

Conditions:
Low level upgrades needed on modular hardware platforms, such as ROMMON, CPLD, FPGA, FPD.  Example platforms affected by such scenarios, are the ASR1006, and ASR1009.
