Description (partial)

Symptom:
With MDS 9132T software version 8.4(1a), if a user is added with the following command: snmp-server user test-user network-admin auth sha password priv aes-128 password, the following will be entered into the config, making the user expired: username test-user passphrase  lifetime 0 warntime 295005340. The workaround is re-enter the username test-user passphrase command with a lifetime greater than 0, 99999 can be put in.

Conditions:
I did not see this in 8.4(1), only 8.4(1a).
