Description (partial)

Symptom:
This issue happens in normal build 5.0 build I104 and Openstack based, 4.1 I105A build 380, 4.0 FCS and even 3.0 FCS
1)Go to Interface Traffic Report, to create one for Interface Traffic report, click Save and Export
2) Then in the Export Results page, you see the Report Type below set to CE Performance, which is good
3) Click Report LaunchPad then Interface Traffic again, open the report you created in step1, click Save and Export, then you will see the Report Type below set to All, which is wrong, it should be Interface Traffic
3) if you can't reproduce this issue, just click the report you created from Export Result Page then back to the Report edit page, click Save and Export again then you will see it.

This bug only happens on Interface Traffic Reports, the other reports are working fine.
