Symptom: Currently Finesse uses CiscoIpphoneinput xml object for taking the username and password for the agent login. The password entered is visible in the URL. Conditions: Steps 1) Login using username and password in FIPPA application. 2) Since CiscoIPPhoneinput is used for entering username and password, the password is visible in the url. This happens on any any device.
