Description (partial)

Symptom:
When users are logging in from mobile iOS devices using Cisco WebEx Teams app (with Unified Calling CM), they are required to authenticate twice. First authentication is by using email address which WebEx Teams is enabled for and then there is an additional authentication required using the user ID from CUCM/LDAP authentication. For the CSF desktop clients, users do not have to authenticate twice. Once users log into WebEx Teams with email address they are not require to login again using CUCM user ID.

Conditions:
Desktop clients are not forced to authenticate twice but the mobile clients need to authenticate twice, first with email address and then with CUCM user ID
The SSO is configured on CUCM and Expressway servers using the same IdP.
Since SSO authentication was configured it required double authentication
