Description (partial)

Symptom:
Intermittently during Directory sync on CUCM, User Group Members are set to inactive.

This can affect Jabber Directory Groups configurations since users with inactive status will stop appearing in Directory Groups for Jabber (Enterprise Groups on CUCM)
