Last Modified

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
1)	Login Hurricane 105 (build 322) on top of OpenStack platform.
2)	Go to Reports / CE Performance / Interface Top N / Interface Top N In Traffic, in below Report Criteria, if you choose All Location > All Devices > All Interfaces, no matter last 1 hour or last 1 day in Reporting Period, then click Save and Export, you will see below error

3) And I see following errors occur in ncs-0-0.log:

06/03/20 07:23:51.029 ERROR [system] [seqtaskexecutor-1] THROW
com.cisco.server.managedobjects.report.ReportException: Unable to retrieve data for: Interface Top N In Traffic
        at com.cisco.server.reports.SimpleReportGenerator.getAggregatedTableCount(SimpleReportGenerator.java:455)
        at com.cisco.server.reports.SimpleReportGenerator.getCount(SimpleReportGenerator.java:393)
        at com.cisco.server.reports.SimpleReportGenerator.getCountInformation(SimpleReportGenerator.java:185)

        at com.cisco.server.reports.ReportServer.countAndGenerateReportWithPaging(ReportServer.java:422)

I tried on 4.0 FCS(works), 4.1 I105A build 380(works), normal 5.0 I104 build 253(works), only failed in Openstack 5.0 build 322, see the attaced comparsion doc.

Conditions:
