Description (partial)

Symptom:
On vCUSP 10.x configured with sub-interfaces, if vCUSP is reloaded, routing table is not modified until user consoles into the box. As a result of this network connectivity for the vCUSP will be down until we console into the VM using vSphere Client.

As a result, the following functionality will not work until then:
1. SSH
2. GUI
3. FTP
4. ping

Sample logs post CLI login from console:

May 21 14:37:24 cusp10-2 systemd: Starting Session 1 of user mihir.
May 21 14:37:28 mihir cli_client.sh:FIB modification will start now.......

May 21 14:37:28 cusp10-2 cli_client.sh: Current routing table build by kernel:

May 21 14:37:28 cusp10-2 cli_client.sh: Command to be run: ip route add 10.0.0.0/8 dev eth0

Conditions:
1. vCUSP 10.x configured with sub-interfaces. For eg:

interface FastEthernet 0.101
 ip address 10.106.88.146 255.255.255.192
 end interface

interface FastEthernet 0
 ip address 10.106.88.145 255.255.255.192
 end interface

2. vCUSP is reloaded through SSH/GUI and user has not logged in through vSphere Client console.
