Description (partial)

Very high loss reported when there was indeed very minimal loss - confirmed by client Video recording + Metrics from Client End verified by client.

They are able to see 25% of packet loss for any meeting in control hub analytics data, or more packet loss when using Jabber to join any conference. 

When the customer is using Webex meetings to join any conference, everything is shown as it is in the reality.

The raw data is in high value of loss-rate (audio & video receiving).

Another example provided, where the customer was connected for more than 30 minutes with two Jabber clients using 720p.

The stats on control hub were still showing 25% packet loss and high latency.
