Cisco Bug: CSCvu47239 - VIC causes CATERR on S3260 with legacy PXE boot enabled after cold boot

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Server will alert CATERR and fail to complete POST. KVM or VGA screen will display "Configuring memory", and "Configuring platform hardware". If FRB2 timer is enabled, server will proceed to auto reset after a ten minute period. This warm boot will complete POST and the boot attempt will be successful. Conditions: VIC adapter PID UCSC-C3260-SIOC (VIC 13xx) with network boot enabled (PXE) in legacy or UEFI boot mode. This issue is limited to S3260M5 platform, UCS build till 4.0.4k, 4.1.1f and VIC adapter PID UCSC-C3260-SIOC (box based SIOCs). CATERR dump of MCA bank 9 or MCA bank 10 will give the bus ADDR field as 3B. This is not applicable to S3260M5 with UCS-S3260-PCISIOC runing VIC with PCIe form factors and 14xx.
