Description (partial)

ISE is configured for authentication of the network access device (NAD) and end hosts. Cisco DNA Center changing the IP address of the NAD to the loopback0 interface causes the NADs to become inaccessible.

This was observed when the NAD was discovered and provisioned without a loopback0 interface, and loopback 0 configured later on.
