Description (partial)

Symptom:
Users making calls(inbound or boutbound) using Jabber on MAC OS may not hear audio on the call.

Conditions:
Jabber on MAC is set to "Switch to the new microphone or speaker" option in Audio settings

User gets on a webex meeting and choses option to "Optimize for motion and video" while sharing contents.

This installs a device with name "WebexMediaAudio", which is not a real audio device and it gets used only by webex meetings application.

Jabber switches to this device for audio output and hence even the normal calls would start to use this device, hence loss of audio.
