Description (partial)

scheduled backups/directory sync are failing if scheduled in dst time

The issue will occur only once in a year and only if the Back-up is scheduled between 2:00 am to 3:00am
On the day of the DST, the clocks move from 2:00 am to 3:00 am, thus any timestamp between 2am and 3 am will not be considered
