Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Network Level Service

Known Affected Releases

4.1(0.0.105)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
During testing SVO R12.x on EPNM 4.1 build 369, I see below problems in Wired Detailed Device Inventory Report after comparing with the SVO NSO portal.

Q1, Missed some modules in WDDI Module Information section.
Q2, Missing Chassis in WDDI Chassis Information Section

1)	Login EPNM 4.1 build 369
2)	Run Device / Wired Detailed Device Inventory report with SVO device F-ATT-234
3) In the report result Module Information section below, I see there are only one _15216-MD-48-ODD and one _15454-M-100G-LC-C module
4) However, to compare with EPNM Inventory below, you can see actually there are two _15216-MD-48-ODD modules and two _15454-M-100G-LC-C modules:
5) And the same from SVO NSO portal, there are two modules of each, not one, which means our report missed one of each // Q1
6) Also there should be 5 entries of Chassis, we report missed 3 entries. (not sure if it’s caused as same Chassis name, need Dev to debug) // Q2

See details in the attached email.
