Description (partial)

In one particular case, the FTD disk utilization was at 100% due to a FTD system issue. Upon reboot, the FTD app-instance failed to turn on and showed fault "START FAILED:Application internal script error. Please conduct App specific troubleshooting".

This was a informational deadlock since FXOS failed to show the actual cause behind the failure and FTD could not be turned on to see the disk being full. Troubleshooting became difficult without knowledge of the root cause being disk full.
