Description (partial)

Symptom:
The user has configured an ETF to filter domains,IPs, hashes.
The user has deleted the ETF entry from the TAXI server but the entry still shows in the ESA database.
User needs to remove the entry.

Conditions:
The user has configured an ETF to filter domains, IP addresses, or URLs.
The filter is applied to a content filter or HAT.
The user has removed a domain/IP address/hash from his ETF Server.
Entry is still seen in the ESA and user request TAC to delete it directly from the DB.
