Description (partial)

EPNM reaches max db limit of 300,000 total alarms before time limit/age configured under "Alarm and Event Cleanup Options," then deletes all alarms instead of just specific types. The 300,000 db limit is set to ensure system performance, but customer business requirements require 90 day/age of alarms.
