Last Modified

Jun 01, 2020

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

11.5(1.10000.6) 12.0(1.10000.10) 12.5(1.10000.22)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
While trying to update a remote destination profile from the CCMAdmin page of a subscriber, the following error is received:

"Update Failed. No DELETE permission for timescheduletimeperiodmap."

Conditions:
The root cause of the subscriber permissions being incorrect is unknown. This is an enhancement request to add a proactive check to the database maintenance task on the subscribers to check if the database permissions are correct. If they are not correct, then the ChangeDBPermissionOnSub stored procedure can be executed as part of the maintenance task in order to proactively correct the issue.
