Description (partial)

Symptom:
Random users are not able to view their chats when logging into other device.
The chat windows is only spinning and no content is loaded.

The issue is that we try to load the cef browser but it never gets loaded so the user just sees a spinner indefinitely

Conditions:
Intermittent issue.
