Description (partial)

Symptom:
AP-COS platform with PnP Public Cloud Re-direction Service don't try to sync time with public NTP servers:
"time-pnp.cisco.com" and/or "pool.ntp.org"

As a result of this, APs fail to establish secured connection with devicehelper.cisco.com becuase its certificate validate starts from April 2020 while AP time remains prior that date, so APs fail to validate its certificate when attempting to establish connection.

Conditions:
Seen on AP-COS platform APs.
