Description (partial)

Symptom:
Self-care portal could not clear the session count due to some issue in the code. Due to this reason we see session limit reached error.
Here tomcat destroys the session successfully but self-care portal code could not decrease the count in the Map. So this become invalid sessions scenario and the workaround i.e "going to "Cisco Unified Operating System Administration --> Security --> Session Management" page and kill those sessions" will not work. Customer will left with the workaround of tomcat restart.
