Description (partial)

Symptom:
Changing a fabric site's name in Cisco DNA Center may cause provisioning to fail, particularly if the new site name has a special or international character in it.

Conditions:
This was observed in Cisco DNA Center 1.3.3.4, when the user was renaming the fabric site in an existing site hierarchy, and subsequent attempts at device provisioning failed.
