Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a Cisco Meeting App (desktop, iOS and WebRTC) user joins a meeting with lock/unlock permissions, if they lock the meeting and sign out, and then rejoin the same meeting and try to unlock, the meeting remains locked.

Conditions:
Call Bridge cluster deployment where a Cisco Meeting App for desktop, iOS and WebRTC user call, who is the owner of the space and/or has permissions to lock/unlock the meeting space, is instantiated on one Cisco Meeting Server but the call takes place on another Meeting Server.
