Description (partial)

Symptom:
Reports not shown if log level selected is beyond the needed .

log collector would be selected in logging categories as log target for needed componenet however syslogs would not be generated until we raise log level to needed log level .
reported related information is only generated at info level.

Conditions:
for example , we got a case where profiled end point summary was not generated , after long troubleshooting we changed log level from warn to info and that solved the issue .

however needed log level is not mentioned in any document .
