Description (partial)

Symptom:
On any scheduled event, users using mobile applications are not able to register. The issue happens when trying to register to an event using the Russian language from Android or iPhone. After filling everything and touch the register button, nothing happens. No error message or other page prompted, it only stays there.

Conditions:
The customer is using page version before to V40.7.0
