Symptom:
When they login in Phone Services the CPU raises. When they use Phone Services to make a call via CUCM the CPU raises more and consumes battery and CPU of the laptop.

Conditions:
Webex Teams client for Windows, Latest release for April and May 2020.
VPN details: Global Protect Agent: 4.1.1 VPN by Firewall Palo Alto Networks Modelo: PA-820 Software Version: 8.1.11
