Service Request is not able to get to the summary step, with no visible error or cause, for a particular workflow created with notification options "Send e-mail to User Group".
There are several users (more than 10) added in the User Group.

UCSD <= 6.7.x.x
Workflow created with notification options "Send e-mail to User Group".
UCSD will try to send an email to all the user emails that belong to that group ans store it into the db, apparently db field is not allowing a character length greater than 255 therefore the API pre-check will fail for any user that belongs to the group and wants to create a SR.
The concatenation of all the users emails parameter that belong to one Group would exceed 254 characters to recreate this issue.
