Description (partial)

Symptom:
NOTE: Issue #2 has not been addressed for the time-being.

On 12.1_Patch_v13, the following issues can be observed for the Dictionary field Validate Range feature, available from the HTML Representation page for a Dictionary field, under the AFC Display Properties tab:

1. For Dictionary fields having Text, Number or Money data types, the "Validate Range" checkbox selection is not being honored, and range validation (for Number/Money type fields, value range is validated; for Text type fields, input length is validated) is being performed, on the Service Form, simply by specifying a lower and upper limit for the field's validation range (UI fields: "Minimum" and "Maximum").

2. Change the UI labels for the "Minimum" and "Maximum" fields as follows:

.> For Text data type Dictionary fields, to indicate aforementioned fields specify lower and upper limits for the input length

.> For Number/Money data type Dictionary fields, to indicate aforementioned fields specify lower and upper limits for the input value
