Description (partial)

Symptom:
A nexus line card may crash due to hearbeat failure while communicating on process vntagc. You may see "vntagc hap reset" in the output of 'show system reset-reason module x'. Look for the 'Reset reason'

where x is the module that crashed and rebooted
