Description (partial)

Symptom:
Learned routes in OSPF on a vEdge with a DN-bit (Down-bit) will show up in the LSA information for external routes but not in RIB/FIB.

Conditions:
-This is not specific to a code release.
-Learning an external route in OSPF with the DN bit set on a vEdge device:

vEdge# tools vtysh vpn <VPN_ID> command show options "ip ospf database"
