Description (partial)

Symptom:
Import fails for the application server

Conditions:
Goto ccmadmin - System - Application server - create web dialer and CUMA Provisioning Servers.
Go to BAT - Import/Export - Export - Select application server and click on check dependency -Run immediately - Submit
Download the exported tar file and import in the same cucm with overwrite existing configuration checkbox.
In job scheduler it shows job failed.
Issue is seen on 11.5SU8 and 12.5Su3
