Description (partial)

High convergence for CEM TDM traffic will be seen upon port-channel switchover. Convergence time is in the order of 90-140 msec.

Any member link failure or port-channel group failure will cause a high convergence time for CEM-TDM traffic.
Port-channel failure can be induced due to shutdown /no shutdown CLI on Port-channel members or port-channel itself. It can also be seen during fiber pull scenarios on members of port-channel.
