Symptom: When jabber is operating in VDI softphone fallback mode and when you check Help -> Show connection status under that is shows : Virtual Channel -> Status: Connected. Raising a defect to fix this UI display as it is misleading. One of the pre-requisite and the requirement for trigger of VDI fallback softphone mode in Jabber is that the channel between VDI Agent and VDI Client is broken. Hence the above value should change to Disconnected. Conditions: When jabber is operating in Softphone VDI fallback mode.
