Symptom:
ifType value returned as "other" for PTP interfaces

ifType.3 = other(1) >>>PTP0/RP1/CPU0/0
ifType.4 = ethernetCsmacd(6) >>>MgmtEth0/RP0/CPU0/0
ifType.8 = other(1)>>>>PTP0/RP0/CPU0/0
ifType.9 = ethernetCsmacd(6) >>>>MgmtEth0/RP1/CPU0/0

Conditions:
all XR platforms which has PTP interface, and are running version which doesn't have fix
