unable to copy files from n9k bootflash; below error message will be seen

Conditions:
nexus 9000 running 9.x version of code and the files are originated using ethanalyzer which is run in rolling buffer mode using the command->ethanalyzer local interface inband limit-c 0  capture-ring-buffer filesize 10000 write bootflash:capture.pcap
