Description (partial)

Symptom:
Logging Buffer timestamps are not on sync with local router's clock Time Zone. This can be configured via CLI mode but not via Feature Template from vManage.

For Example, under normal circumstances Logging clock won't be the same of the local clock:

*May 21 23:12:39.908: IP: tableid=4095, s=192.168.1.5 (LIIN0), d=192.168.1.6 (LIIN0) nexthop=192.168.1.6, routed via RIB

Conditions:
Under any condition, this issue will be seen if you don't have "service timestamps log datetime localtime" configured.
