Description (partial)

Symptom:
When listing details from CLI router shows this:

Radio power mode = Online
LTE Rx Channel Number =  2850
LTE Tx Channel Number =  20850
LTE Band =  7
LTE Bandwidth = 20 MHz
Current RSSI = -67 dBm
Current RSRP = -98 dBm
Current RSRQ = -10 dB
Current SNR = 13.8  dB
Physical Cell Id = 0x1F
Number of nearby cells = 3   <<<<<<<<<<< These are LTE
Idx      PCI (Physical Cell Id)

Radio Access Technology(RAT) Preference = AUTO
Radio Access Technology(RAT) Selected = LTE

However when polling the OID c3gGsmNumberOfNearbyCell  it returns 0.
