Description (partial)

Symptom:
WWP cannot reopen DB, causing Recording to not appear on the Recordings Page
Because DB average response time is high, so wwpsvr close the database and quit the db thread.
But after that can't reopen the database successfully again and again, so more and more db record is cached in memory about 103143 at last. So, NBR report could not be produced.

Conditions:
