Description (partial)

Symptom:
Usage mismatch between Rf and Gy records when a new flow is accessed for same RG which is in CCR-U pending state for Quota Exhaust of an old flow when response based charging is enabled

Conditions:
1. Credit-Control Group enabled with following CLI for Rf / Gy sync
<i> gy-rf-trigger-type threshold final quota-exhausted validity-time rating-condition-change forced-reauthorization </i> 

2. Rulebase enabled with following CLI for fast-path and delay/response based charging in service-schema action

3. per-defined Group of Ruledefs configured and activated from PCRF so as to match multiple rules matching different flows for same RG 

4. Call is up with Rf Gy enabled and Traffic accessed for Rule 1 via Flow1 and quota exhausted 

5. CCA-U delayed form OCS for Quota Exhaust and Flow 2 for Rule2 with same RG accessed 

6. CCA-U is received after delay and both flows are completed
