Description (partial)

Symptom:
After RPFO or commit replace of the router having ERSPAN ACL configured,  span_ea process core dump is seen on the router. this is fairly reproducible

Conditions:
RPFO or commit replace is executed  with ERSPAN ACL configured on the interface as below
