Description (partial)

Symptom:
When creating a Destination Profile, the default time zone is "(GMT Etc/GMT)". customer would like the ability to change the default value to the time zone of their choice as an enterprise/cluster-wide parameter.

Conditions:
When users create schedules using the self-care portal, nearly all of them overlook the time zone is set to GMT, and so the create schedules do not match the intended purpose.

For customers whose enterprise is contained in one time zone, this applies to all users.

It is understood that in an enterprise which spans multiple timezone, changing the default is not a fix for all users. However if at least some users are correct, this is better than the current situation, where the default time zone matches no users.
