Description (partial)

Symptom:
When going to the PSS portal All Collectors page and attempting to register a new collector, an error is received that says "Contract must be valid PSS contract owned by your company" even though the contract is valid and belongs to the correct company

Conditions:
This happens whenever trying to register any new collector
