Description (partial)

Symptom:
When running an update operation for internaluser, using the PUT operator, if the identityGroups fields is not specified, it is set to null. As with other non-mandatory attributes that are not specified, the attribute should be left with the current value.

Conditions:
Use the ISE ERS API internaluser call to update a user that does not include the IdentityGroups key.
