Symptom: Access to ECE web sites may fail with an access denied 403 error or similar. This error does not occur due to invalid agent credentials, this will be seen even before the ECE application interface loads. Conditions: Occurs after the password for the ECE Service Account is changed. When web server is installed on the AD domain, then this will occur when the password for the Domain service account is changed. When web server is install off of the domain, then this occurs when the password for the local user is changed.
