Description (partial)

Symptom:
The timestamp column on the monitoring policy activation history table is being sorted incorrect instead of time sorted.
The customer is using EPNM 3.1.1 where under the monitoring policies; Monitor -> Monitoring Tools -> Monitoring Policies -> Activation History 
The first column does not sort the entries by timestamp but instead it gets sorted with the alphabetical order which is incorrect.

Conditions:
Use EPNM and filter the timestamp column in the monitoring policy history table 
Use EPNM Version 3.1
