Description (partial)

Symptom:
The customer set the speed on their interfaces to 40G, but when they put the interfaces into a vPC they saw that the speed was set back to auto.

Conditions:
Customer is on DCNM 11.3.1 LAN Fabric. We were using the int_trunk_host_11_1 template to set the speed on the interface and then used the int_vpc_trunk_host_11_1 template to create the VPC. Once the vPC was created we saw that the interface speed was set to auto instead of 40G.
